11th Feb: 3pm-6.30pm Go Wild Bushcraft

Come and test your survival skills with our Go Wild Winter wildlife and bushcraft experience event. Run by qualified bushcraft instructors and geared to the season, this great afternoon and early evening of activities includes; den building, survival games, fire lighting, camouflage face painting, a deer expedition and animal tracking, concluding with hot dogs and a soft drink by the fire.

Booking details: Suitable for children aged 5-11. £25 per head. Price includes one accompanying adult – additional adult ticket passes are available priced £7.50.

*Please note ticket price includes entry to the farm and deer safari park as well as food for child participant. A food menu will be available for accompanying adults at an additional charge.

14 April – 18 April: It’s an Easter Eggs-travaganza on the Farm

Great Easter Egg Hunt & Lamb Feeding

Throughout the Easter Holidays we will be running our Great Easter Egg Hunt, where children go in search of our Giant Easter Eggs.

We will also be offering lamb feeding where park guests can come and help feed our orphan lambs.

Whether you just join in for an hour or stay for the day, our new taster sessions mean you can try your hand at a range of woodland crafts from firelighting to shelter-building, or maybe some marshmallow toasting!

Why spend hours on the motorway when you can get away from it all much closer to home at Bucklebury Farm Park? Come and meet our new arrivals – a family of playful new-born Anglo Nubian goat kids and new deer calves in the park

In aid of our chosen charity Helen & Douglas House hospice for children. Bring your favourite teddy, go on bear hunt and spot some famous bears.

 

 

16 September: Farm Park closed for private charity event

We are hosting a special day for charity but we will re-open as usual on Sunday 18th September.

Make an early start for one of the highlights of the year in the deer park, the autumn rut…hear the stags roaring and glimpse the clash of antlers through the morning mist. 21-30 October: Halloween happenings!

Come and enjoy the build up to Halloween this half term. We’ve our popular Giant Pumpkin Hunt & Haunted House (£1 entry in addition to farm park ticket price) plus daily face painting to make you look simply spooktastic!


25th-26th-27th October 4pm-6.30pm: NEW!! Haunted Forest Lantern Trail

Are you brave enough to journey into the Haunted Forest at night? Suitable for children aged approx 4-10  years. £20 per child One accompanying adult goes free. Additional adults in party at group rate.

  • To make all participants look Spooktastic we’ll start with facepainting and a Halloween Quiz
  • Craft session in our new woodland yurt to create your own magic Halloween lantern * price includes all materials
  • Hot dogs for hungry Halloweeners (one hot dog and squash for each child)
  • Lantern Trail journey to our woodland camp fire (shhhh but there may just be marshmallows to toast!!)
  • Hot chocolate & sparklers plus Lantern judging in Woody’s
  • Collect your goody back and ride home on the Halloween Express

1-23 December: – Christmas Menu in Woody’s for groups and parties

Woody’s Cafe will be offering Christmas lunches between 1-23 December for tables of two and upwards. The Christmas menu is also available in the evening for groups, office teams and family parties. A fantastic festive evening including the chance enjoy tea with Santa… Suitable for children aged approx 4-10  years. £20 per child One accompanying adult goes free. Additional adults in party at group rate.

Activities include

  • Festive face painting on arrival for all participants
  • Feed the donkeys in the festive farm yard lit with sparkling fairy lights
  • Create your own Christmas tree decoration in our creative craft yurt
  • Decorate ginger bread over hot chocolate with Mrs Claus
  • Afternoon tea with Santa (menu includes pizza, sandwiches and cake)
  • Wrap up for carol singing and a ride home on the ‘polar express’
